ปัจจุบันการส่งเสริมการใช้ยานยนต์ไฟฟ้า (EV) กลายเป็นหนึ่งในแนวทางสำคัญที่หลายองค์กร ทั้งหน่วยงานภาครัฐและภาคเอกชน กำลังเร่งผลักดันและมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อมุ่งลดการปล่อยก๊าซคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์ โดยข้อมูลจาก SCB EIC ระบุว่า อุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ไฟฟ้า (EV) มีแนวโน้มเติบโตอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยคาดว่ายอดขายเละยอดผลิต EV ทั่วโลกในช่วงระหว่างปี 2022 – 2030 จะขยายตัวเฉลี่ยปีละ 20% และ 33% ตามลำดับ โดยทุกๆ 1 แสนคันของการผลิตรถยนต์ไฟฟ้าภายในประเทศจะสามารถช่วยให้ GDP ประเทศไทย เติบโตขึ้นราว 0.2% ด้วยเหตุนี้
เพื่อสานต่อแนวคิดการทำธุรกิจเพื่อสังคมที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม รวมถึงช่วยผลักดันการสร้างงาน สร้างรายได้ให้แก่กลุ่มคนขับ Robinhood (โรบินฮู้ด) แอปเพื่อคนตัวเล็กที่ยั่งยืน จึงร่วมมือกับ บริษัท อีวี มี พลัส จำกัด (EVme) แพลตฟอร์มผู้ให้บริการยานยนต์ไฟฟ้า (EV) แบบครบวงจรชั้นนำของประเทศไทย เปิดตัวโครงการเช่ารถยนต์ไฟฟ้า จาก EVme เพื่อเป็นทางเลือกใหม่ที่เปิดโอกาสให้คนขับของ Robinhood Ride สามารถเช่ารถแท็กซี่ไฟฟ้ารุ่น ‘AION ES’ (ไอออน อีเอส) จาก EVme ผ่าน Robinhood EV Platform เพื่อใช้ในการรับส่งผู้โดยสารมุ่งเน้นช่วยเหลือคนตัวเล็กที่ไม่มีรถยนต์ให้มีอาชีพและรายได้ ช่วยให้คนขับสามารถเข้าถึงรถยนต์ไฟฟ้าได้ง่ายขึ้น พร้อมการดูแล และบริการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับรถยนต์ไฟฟ้า ที่ครอบคลุมและตอบโจทย์ทุกการขับขี่จาก EVme พร้อมสร้างความมั่นใจให้กับผู้ขับขี่ ด้วยระบบ Smart Taxi ที่มอบความปลอดภัย และความสะดวกสบายให้กับทั้งผู้ขับขี่และผู้โดยสาร ภายใต้เกณฑ์การคัดเลือกคนขับตามมาตรฐานของ Robinhood Ride ทั้งด้านความสามารถในการขับขี่ บุคลิกภาพ และความพร้อมในการให้บริการ รวมถึงได้รับการอบรมการใช้อุปกรณ์เสริมความปลอดภัยต่างๆ ของยานยนต์ไฟฟ้า จากบริษัท อีวี มี พลัส จำกัด เพื่อให้ลูกค้ามั่นใจได้ถึงบริการที่สุภาพและปลอดภัยซึ่งเป็นจุดเด่นของแพลตฟอร์ม

Both governmental bodies and private enterprises are propelling efforts to curb carbon dioxide emissions, and data from SCB EIC suggests that the EV industry is poised for continuous growth. Supporting that prediction, projections indicate that global EV sales and production between 2022 and 2030 will experience an average annual expansion of 20% and 33% respectively. Moreover, each 100,000 units of domestically produced electric vehicles are anticipated to bolster Thailand’s GDP by approximately 0.2%.
